For Normal Colour of Skin: Regular use of "Manjistha Powder" in the form of paste helps to provide normal colour to skin.
The cold infusion of it helps in healthy menstruation.
Drinking of decoction of "Manjistha Powder" is useful in calcium deficiency.
For Joint Problems: The decoction of "Manjistha Powder" with "Triphala", "Guduchi" and "Neem" can be used to control joint problems.
