Bhadrdi Garbharaksha Kashayam is a herbal decoction formulation in tablet form for protection of pregnancy. Also simply called Garbharaksha Kashayam. Spicifical used in keral ayurveda practice.

Its usage:
It helps to relieve respiratory problems, gastritis and constipation problem of the expectant mother.Effect on Tridosha – Balances Pitta and Vata.

Dosage:
1-2tabs, before food once twice or as directed by the physician.

Garbharaksha kashayam ingredients:
Herbal decoction is prepared from 10 grams of each of
Bala – Sida cordifolia
Punarnava – Boerhaavia diffusa
Draksha – Dry grapes – Vitis vinifera
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris
Yavani – Trachyspermum ammi
