Saindhavadi Taila (Brihat) is an Ayurvedic medicine. It is an herbal oil.
Uses:
It is used in the treatment of low back ache, sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis, abdominal colic, Ankylosing spondylosis and such other musculo-skeletal diseases.
Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata.
how to use:

1. It is used for an Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy called as Basti (rectal enema)
   
2. It is also used for oral administration in a dose of 1 – 5 ml, before food with water.
3. It is used for external application, massage etc.
4. How long to use: It can be used upto 1 – 2 months based on doctor’s prescription.

All the ingredients are mixed and boiled till total moisture is lost from the oil, filtered.
