Nagara (Zingiber officinale, Rz.), Pippali (Piper longum, Fr), Chavya (Piper chaba, St), Pippali mula (Piper longum, Rt), Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica, Rt), Hingu (Ferula narthex, Or), Ajamoda (Trachyspermum ammi, Fr), Sarshapa (Brassica campestris, Sd), Shvetha jiraka (Cuminum cyminum, Sd), Krishna jiraka (Carum carvi, Sd), Renuka (Vitex negundo, Sd), Indrayava (Kutaja) (Holarrhena antidysenterica, Sd), Patha (Cissampelos pareira, Rt), Vidanga (Embelia ribes, Fr), Gaja Pippali (Piper retrofractum, Fr), Katuka (Picrorhiza kurroa, Rt), Ativisha (Aconitum heterophyllum, Rt tuber), Bharangi (Clerodendrum serratum, Rt), Vacha (Acorus calamus, Rz), Murva (Marsdenia tenacissima, Rt) 1 part each, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula, Fr), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica, Fr), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis, Fr) 13.34 parts each, Shuddha Guggulu (Commiphora mukul, Or) 60 parts & Vanga bhasma, Raupya bhasma, Naga bhasma, Loha bhasma, Abhraka bhasma, Mandura bhasma and Rasa sindura 16 parts each.

Dosage:
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day or as directed by the physician.
