Vaiswanara Churnam is medicated form of churna or powder.Vaishwanara choorna is a mixture of 4 types of herbal powder and rock salt.
Its usage:
1.in treating amavata(rhumatoid arthritis), constipation,
2.Indigestion, or ama.
Dosage:
Dose :  2 to 3 grams, three times daily before or after food as directed by physician.
Vaishvanara Choornam Ingredients:
Manimantha – Saindhava lavana – Rock salt – 20 grams
Yamani – Trachyspermum ammi – 20 grams
Ajamoda – Trachyspermum roxburghianum – 30 grams
Nagara – Ginger – Zingiber officinalis – 50 grams
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 120 grams

Indication: Rhumatoid arthritis, Loss of appetite, indigestion, pain abdomen, flatulence, constipation and piles.
Adjuvent( Anupana): Takra(Buttermilk) or ghee or warm water.
Side effects: May induce gastric irritation in higher dose, Used with caution in hypertensive patients as it contain salt.
