Draksharishtam is a liquid, self-generated herbal alcoholic preparation. Where draksha refers to raisins or dry grapes.
Its usage:

1. Urakshata – useful in chest injury
   
2. Kshaya – tuberculosis, chronic respiratory diseases, weight loss
   
3. Kasa – cold, cough
   
4. Shwasa – Asthma
   
5. Galamayan – throat infection / throat disorders
   
6. Balakrut – improves strength
   
7. Malashodhana – cleanses intestines.
   

Dosage:
10-25ml with equal quantity of warm water.
Draksharishta ingredients:
Dry grapes – 2.4 kg
water for Kashayam – 49.152 liters
Boiled and reduced to 12.288 liters, filtered.
Jaggery – 9.6 kg

Twak – Cinnamon – Stem bark – 48 g
Ela – cardamom – 48 g
Patra –  (Cinnamomum tamala) – leaf – 48 g
Nagakeshara (Mesua ferrea) – Stamen – 48 g
Priyangu (Callicarpa macrophylla) – Flower – 48 g
Maricha – Black pepper – Fruit – 48 g
Pippali – Long pepper – Fruit – 48 g
Vidanga (Embelia ribes) – Fruit – 48 g
Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa) – Flower – 384 kg
